Our business hours are Mon. thru Fri. 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. We are closed Sat., Sun. and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. Any emails you send us should include an order #, your email address registered with eCRATER.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the purchase price & shipping cost. Shipping is not negotiable. We do not allow "pickups" and will not "meet you someplace" to complete the transaction. Please make sure your email address is up to date, else we will not be able to contact you for your winnings. For some items, we do NOT ship Internationally at this time. If you live outside of United State and would like to purchase from us, please contact us by email first.

If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.
