Payment: All payments must be in US Dollars. Due to your protection and the protection against fraud, PapaBee225 will only ship orders to your billing address as listed on your Credit Card statements. If your shipping address is not the same as your billing address, the shipping address must be on file with your credit card company as an alternate address. When you finish placing your order, call the toll free number on the back of your credit card and verify that the shipping address is on file as a valid alternate shipping address. If you have any questions regarding to our freight charges, please feel free to contact us by e-mail.

Shipping and Handling: A USPS tracking number will be issued to you in order for you to track its shipping status. The products shipped via USPS Priority will generally arrive between 2 to 3 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy: We will gladly accept returns on all unused, undamaged merchandise if for any reason you are not fully satisfy with your purchase from PapaBee225. Merchandise must receive by us in its original condition (all tags affixed) within 7 days after your reception. Refunds will be issued based on your method of payment. All purchases made by check or money order will be issued in the form of a company check made payable to original purchaser. PapaBee225 will refund the total amount excluding shipping and handling charges. (there will be a $15.00 handling fee deduction) Please understand that there can and will be a mutual, friendly and long lasting relationship between us and our clients, and we will pursuit the excellence by doing everything right the first time. Please allow up to 10 business days for each order to be processed. Any product that does not meet PapaBee225's return requirements will not be accepted.

We accept returns under the following conditions...

1) We need to be notified of the return within 5 days of your receipt of the product.

2) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If your child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we will not accept it back. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt.

3) If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can be issued to you.

4) If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for shipping costs plus the buyer accepts full responsibility for shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Out-of-Stock Orders: If an item you ordered is out of stock, PapaBee225 will contact you via e-mail to inform you that your order has been cancel within 15 days' period from our customer service department.
